“Where is everybody?”

Famous physicist Enrico Fermi asked himself this question when he was pondering over the existence of alien beings.

In 1950, Fermi suggested that within the next few 10s of millions years or so, an advanced alien civilization should be able to take over the Milky Way. These highly intelligent beings would be able to travel from one solar system to the other and eventually take over the entire galaxy.

Last year, a team of scientists and astronomers discovered a strange object tumbling near the sun. It had an incredibly high speed and an unusual trajectory. The way the object accelerated through space made it very different from typical asteroids and comets.

This particular object was unlike anything we’d seen in the past, leaving some to conclude that it may have been an alien spacecraft.

A pair of researchers at the prestigious Harvard University is all set to publish a report in The Astrophysical Journal Letters which explains that the mysterious object, now named ‘Oumuamua’, was sent to study Earth by nearby alien civilizations.

Close encounters of the fourth kind may seem far-fetched at first but there are many well-respected people who swear by them. Some people who claim to have been abducted even provide physical proof like photographs and unexplained scratch marks and other unusual indications that their bodies were experimented on, which point towards alien intervention.
